Gender equality is the most important prerequisite of a creative, value creating, and successful working environment. A research proves that increasing female representation rates in the workplace and having women in leadership positions improves company performance and culture, while having a significant effect on company profitability and business achievements. Therefore, we interpret all our projects, operations, and practices through the lens of gender equality in order to close the gender gap. We signed the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in 2017. We conduct programs and projects to disseminate the idea of gender equality among all our employees, increase awareness in this area, support women throughout their careers, increase the rate of women’s employment, strengthen the bond and support system between women employees, and develop leadership models.
