Arçelik, won the awards of ‘Ar-Ge Leadership’ and ‘Leadership of Technology Development’ in the 4th Turkey Inovation Week held by Exporters Council of Turkey.

In the UX Design Award Ceremony held by the leading design institution for more than 45 years in the corporate network International Design Center Berlin (IDZ) in Berlin, Arçelik A.Ş. was awarded with the life-simplifir VUX (Virtual User eXperience) technology.

Arçelik entered MSCI’S Global Sustainability Index. Arçelik took its place among the three companies, which were ranked with the highest note of AA, becoming the only company with this rank in the White goods sector.

In the awards of ‘European Union Environment Awards-Turkey Program 2015’’ which is given to members and member candidates of European Union, two facilities of Arçelik won awards. Arçelik was granted the first prize with its Compressor Facility,EKO Compressor-Most Efficient Refrigerator Compressor Project in the category of Product/Servie. The Washing Machine Facility of Arçelik was one of the finalists with its ‘Eliminating Phosphate Mud with Nanotechnologic Surface Application’ Project applied in the dyehouse of the facility.

Arçelik was granted the award of ‘’The Company with the most Patent Application’’ and chosen first in the Turkish Patent League in the 4th Turkish Patent Awards.

In the awards of A’Design, which is organized to feature and introduce good design, designers and companies focus on design, Arçelik won 2 Gold, 5 Silver and 4 Iron awards with Beko, Arçelik and Grunding branded products.

The Arçelik Arctic Plant in Gaesti, Romania, has successfully completed the ISO 50001 Energy Management Standard 3rd party audits, conducted by the Quality Certification Association of Romania, and has been awarded certification.

Grundig KM 6330 Coffee Machine and Grundig HS 6430 Curl Sensation Hair Designer has been chosen as a ‘testwinner’ by Haus&Garten Test Magazine, whose evaluations are followed closely by consumers in the international arena.

In ESO Technology Awards, which is distributed by Eskişehir Chamber of Industry, Arçelik A.Ş. Compressor Plant, was awarded with 2015 ESO Technology Development Award with the ‘Eco Compressor-The Most Efficient Compressor Project’.

Arçelik became the first Turkish company to obtain the ISO 28000 “Security Management System for the Supply Chain” certificate.

First place award was granted in the category of plants with 500 or more employees by MESS Occupational Health and Safety Awards for the Ergonomic Risk Measurement and Mapping Project implemented at Eskişehir Refrigerator Plant. The Ergonomics Software and Implementation Project implemented at Çayırova Washing Machine Plant was also named among the Recommended Applications.

Beko DPU 8341 X model heat-pump dryer is named as the recommended product among nine products within the scope of the evaluation conducted by “60 Millions de Consommateur”, a French consumer magazine.

Blomberg DWT 54100SS model dishwasher is named as the "Product with the Fastest Cycle" with its 85-minute program in the recommendation list of USA Consumer Reports magazine.

French “Que Choisir Test Magazine” named Beko WDA 96160 model washer-dryer as the "Best Product".

Beko WDA 91440W model washing machine with dryer (which is introduced to Singapore market) is named as the "Best Choice of 2014" in "Best Two-In-One Washing Machine" category by “Home + Living” magazine of Singapore.

Beko DSN 6832 FX30 A+++ dishwasher is rated as "Good" in "max. 60 cm width" category in the tests conducted by Stiftung Warentest (StiWa) magazine.

China Washing Machine Plant, Russia Dishwasher and Washing Machine Plant and Romania Refrigerator Plant are entitled to ISO 50001 Energy Management Standard Certifications.

USA Consumer Reports magazine named Blomberg DWT 55300SS model dishwasher as the “Recommended Product for Consumers”.

"ATLAS BLDC Washing Machine Motor Project" of Arçelik received the second place award under "Large-Scale Business R&D and Product Improvement" category within the scope of Efficiency Project Awards of the Ministry of Industry.

Arçelik won the "Jury Special Award" with the "Enhanced Interface and Multitasking-Enabled Network LED TV (Enhanced Connected TV)" within the scope of the 12th "Innovation and Creativity Awards" organized by Turkish Electronic Industrialists' Association (TESİD).

"Cooking for Solidarity Marathon" organized in 2013 under leadership of the Spaniard Chef Martin Berasategui, the brand ambassador of Beko, received three awards within the scope of “Global Mercury Excellence Awards”, which is one of the most prestigious global awards in the field of public relations and corporate communications. The Marathon received gold medal under "Special Event" category, silver medal under "Brand Awareness" category and bronze medal under "Celebrity Campaign" category, under which only Beko was awarded. This event is also given "Social Entrepreneurship Award" by World City Foundation, an organization under protection of the Ministry of Culture.

Blomberg KQD 1251 refrigerator received the “Most Innovative Product of 2014” award within the scope of “Product of the Year”, which is determined by the votes of 2.000 people in Israel.

Arçelik ranked sixth company under "Highest Exporter of 2013" within the scope of Export Champions organized by Turkish Exporters' Association.

2013 Annual Report was ranked as 74th in the "Top 100 Activity Reports" determined by the League of American Communication Professionals (LACP), and received five awards including the "Gold Award" under durable consumer goods segment. Arçelik was one of the Top 20 Annual Reports Applied from Turkey in 2013, and ranked as the 28th company in “Top 80 Annual Reports of Europe, Middle East and Africa Region”. The report received gold award under "The Best Annual Reports" category and silver award under “The Best Financial Data in an Annual Report” category. Arçelik 2012 Sustainability Report received the “Platinum Award”, the highest award under "Sustainability Reports" category.

Arçelik is entitled to five awards within the scope of the 26th Crystal Apple 2014 Turkey Advertising Awards with Arçelik and Beko brands.

Arçelik is named as "The Most Popular Brand of Turkey" in both "White Goods" and "Consumer Electronics" categories according to the results of 2014's “Turkey's Lovemarks” research organized by MediaCat and Ipsos, and the “The Most Popular Brand” as a result of a category-independent survey, which is conducted for the first time this year.

Arçelik received three awards under “Design Turkey Industrial Design Awards”. The winning products included Grundig wooden table radio, Beko refrigerator with ice cream machine and Arçelik gift packs.

Arçelik is listed in BIST Sustainability Index of Borsa Istanbul. The index lists 15 companies.

After achieving the success of becoming the “CDP Carbon Disclosure Leader” in 2012, Arçelik has taken this success one step further and received the "CDP Performance Leader" award according to the results of Turkey Climate Change Report 2013.

The biggest winter fest of Turkey, Arçelik Winterfest, which is organized with Arçelik as the main sponsors and which brings together university students at Uludag, won the category of ‘The Best University Fest’ at the Ace of M.I.C.E awards.

Arçelik has been recognized as the most popular brand in Turkey in the white goods and house electronics category based on the 2013 results of the "Turkey's Lovemarks" research which is organized every year with the cooperation of Arçelik, MediaCat, and Ipsos.

Arçelik was the “Most Popular and Preferred Retail Brand” in the Electronics Consumer Retail category according to a survey carried out in 2013 among consumers in shopping malls by the Shopping Mall Investors Association (AYD) in cooperation with Gfk Turkey.

Arçelik wins the ‘Concept Design’ award with its "Cyclone Cooking System" at Red Dot Concept Design 2013 held in Singapore.

Arçelik received 4 awards in the International ARC Awards Annual Report Competition, which is held this year by US-based MerComm for the 27th time, and in which annual reports and sustainability reports of the companies are evaluated. The Arçelik, 2012 Annual Report obtained the Golden Award in the written text category and the Bronze Award in the print and production category for the consumer goods industry. Arçelik also received the Silver Award in the written text category and the Bronze Award in cover page/design category with its 2011 Sustainability Report.

The biggest winter fest of Turkey, Arçelik Winterfest, which is organized with Arçelik as the main sponsor and which brings together university students at Uludağ, won the category of ‘The Best University Fest’ at the Ace of M.I.C.E awards.

The creative advert prepared for the Arçelik Fashionline Hair Styler won the first prize in the Best Durable Good Advert category at the A Awards Outdoor Advertising Competition held for the first time this year by the Outdoor Advertising Foundation, Arvak.

Beko OIM 25901 X built in oven was chosen as KitchenInnovation of the Year in the categories of benefit, innovation, user-friendliness, design and ecology.

Arçelik won two awards including the "Gold Award" in the durable goods sector for their 2012 Activity Report, and also won four awards, including the “Gold Award”, for its 2011 Sustainability Report also in the durable goods sector in the competition held on an international platform every year by the San-Diego based “American League of Communications Professionals (LACP)”.

Grundig received awards in four categories for the ECO CHAMPS models and in three categories for the Vision 7 Venus (BMS) design in the “Plus X” Awards, which is one of the world’s leading technology, sports and lifestyle competitions.

Arçelik Eskişehir Refrigerator Plant has been awarded “TPM Advanced Special Award” by JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) institute, making the company the first and only in the world home appliances sector to win the award.

Beko’s "Family Campaign" won the Gold Effie in ‘International Success’, and the Bronze Effie in "Consumer Goods" categories at the The 5th Effie Turkey Advertising Event Competition which was organized by the cooperation of Association of Advertisers and Advertising Agency with Effie Worldwide Inc.

Arçelik won Sponsorship Platinum Award and Gold Award at TSE Quality Awards Ceremony where companies using TSE brand/certificate for 15 years and longer in the region under the responsibility of Marmara Regional Coordinatorship were awarded.

Two refrigerator projects of Arçelik have been awarded by Eskişehir Chamber of Industry (ESO). China 3-Door Combi Refrigerator Project won 2013 Technology Development Award, and 4-Door Refrigerator Project won 2011 Product Development Award.

Arçelik Beylikdüzü Electronics Plant was granted the “Environment Friendly Plant Award” by the Turkish Healthy Cities Association.

Arçelik won 2 Product Design Awards with its Arçelik In Love washing machine and Grundig refrigerator at the IF Design 2013 awards one of the most prestigious competitions of the design world.

Arçelik was awarded with the first prize in the ‘Innovative Environmentally Friendly Device’ category of the ‘ISO Environmental Awards’ organized by the İstanbul Chamber of Industry.

Arçelik's electric motors with class IE3 energy efficiency were ranked first in the 'Most Efficient Product' (ECU) at the Project Contest for Enhancing Energy Efficiency in the Industry (SENVER) organized by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources / Directorate General of Renewal Energy, while BESTOVEN Built-in Oven Project by Arçelik, featuring A-40% efficiency (9658 ETI, OIM, 25603 X) was also awarded the Jury Special Award.

Arçelik was awarded for 'Product Development Process' within the 'Large Companies' category at "TESID Awards for Innovation and Creativity 2012", organized by the Turkish Electronic Industrialists Association.

Arçelik has been granted “The Most Innovative Company” award by Turkish Exporters Assembly during the Innovation Week organized for the first time this year.

Arçelik received the title of Turkish Carbon Disclosure Leader under the scope of the 2012 Turkish Report of the Carbon Disclosure Project, carried out in Turkey by Sabancı University Corporate Management Forum with the support of Akbank.

Arçelik’s Beko factory located in China, Changzhou, has been awarded the Platinum certificate in the “Energy Efficient Green Factories” certification, graded by an international energy efficiency consultancy company thanks to its activities in energy field.

Blomberg, one of the international brands of Arçelik, has been awarded ‘White Goods Supplier of the Year’ by the ERT (Electrical & Radio Trade), one of the leading trade magazines of the UK.

Passing the audits made by independent auditing firm BSI (British Standards Institution) successfully, Arçelik has become the first company having ISO 50001 Energy Management System certificate, which is based on the sustainable and efficient use of the energy consumed within the scope of activities, in its sector in Turkey.

Arçelik has received two awards under the context of the 1st R&D Centers Summit organized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. The Central R&D Unit received an award in the category of “University&Industry Cooperations” and Eskişehir Cooling Appliances Plant R&D Unitr Ar-Ge Merkezi ile "Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları" kategorisinde olmak üzere 2 ödül aldı.

Beko has received a “Bronze Award” at Eventoplus Awards 2012, held since 2006 as an annual survey that awards the best corporate social responsibility projects in Spain and Portugal for its campaign “We Give Life to Your Clothes”.

Arçelik won three awards in its turnover class , regardless of sector, including the “Gold Award” for its 2010 Sustainability Report in an international contest, which is held in San Diego by the “League of American Communications Professionals (LACP). In addition to the “Gold Award”, Arçelik2010 Sustainability Report also won; Top 50 Annual Report Europe Middle East Africa Region, Top 25 Turkish Annual Reports of 2011.

Arçelik was ranked among private sector entities having best practices that set model for the entire world with Cactus Dishwasher project and represented Turkey in Rio+20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development.

Beko LLC company was elected as the winner of the category "The Best White Goods Manufacturer" based on the results of the contest "Top Companies and Plants in Russia - 2011" This success put BEKO among "The Top 100 Companies" in Russian Federation according to the results of 2011.

Arçelik's Çerkezköy Electric Motors Plant and Bolu Cooking Appliances Plant were deemed worthy of the TPM (Total Productive Management) award by JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance).

Arçelik turned out to be one of the two companies that ranked number one in the “5 Most Successful Companies at European Union (EU) 7th Framework Programme (7th FP) based on number of shareholders” and also ranked number three in “5 Most Successful Companies Based on Support Amount”. One more project application was accepted following the publication date of the Report and Arçelik has become the owner of the highest number of projects under its belt in Turkey thanks to 8 projects in total.

Blomberg was given an award by Stiftung Warentest (StiWa) Testing and Research Institute, which is the most prestigious and independent institute in Germany, with its TKF 7451 W50 dryer with 7 kg capacity and 50 percent less energy consumption than A class products. This model was selected as the “Test SIEGER” (Test Champion) on basis of the comparative product tests on 16 dryers.

BEKO was awarded “the Leader of the Russian Market” for its contributions to the economic development of Russia, within the context of the premium "For the contribution to the economical development of Russia", which was established by the Regional Organization of Businessman, State Duma of Russia and the Council of the Russian Federation.

Arçelik was rewarded with three awards at ISO 2010 Awards for Sustainable Eco-Friendly Products and Practices thanks to its environment-friendly products and practices. Arçelik Dishwashers Plant was hailed as “The Winner in Large-scale Entity Sustainable Eco-friendly Products” thanks to its Kaktus Dishwasher; Washing Machine Plant as “The Runner-up in Large-scale Entity Sustainable Eco-friendly Products” thanks to Ekonomist series washing machines and Arçelik Standing United for Education Corporate Social Responsibility Programme as the “Runner-up in Large-scale Entities Corporate Social Responsibility for the Environment” segments.

Arçelik was named “ The Most Liked and the Most Preferred Brand in Shopping Malls” in the Electronics category in the research “ The Most Liked and Most Preferred Brands in Shopping Malls”, conducted by Association of shopping Mall Investors (AYD) and GFK.

Beko and Blomberg, have been awarded "Get Connected Products of the Year Awards 2011" by "Get Connected", one of the most well-known magazines of the electrical goods industry in the UK, which is read by the trade and independent retailers. The Beko 4-door Fridge/Freezer was named a “Get Connected Product of the Year 2011” in the Refrigeration Category, and the Beko OIM22500XP built-in pyrolytic oven was recognised in the Cooking Category. Beko and Blomberg was also recognised for their outstanding commercial proposition to independent retailers in the “Special Awards Category”.

Three different refrigerator models of Beko passed all tests and measurements, successfully in the ATLETE (Appliance Testing for Energy Label Evaluation) Project, which was initiated with CECED together with the European Commission for checking the accuracy of energy efficiency labelling of appliances. Beko became one of the few brands, which were certified as bearing fully accurate information in all categories of the European energy label in the scope of the ATLETE project.

Arctic S.A., Arçelik Group’s plant in Romania, has been granted JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) award for Excellence in Consistent TPM Commitment, thus becoming the first company in Romania to receive this award.

Arçelik received 3 awards at the “ Project Contest for Energy Efficiency in the Industry(SENVER)”. Arçelik Çerkezköy Dryers Plant, received an award in the category “The Projects for Improving Enerji Efficiency in the Industry (SEVAP 1)”. Eskişehir Cooling Appliances Plant was chosen “Energy Efficient Industrial Plant (EVET), while the dishwasher model which provides 30 per cent energy efficiency in A level was chosen as the “ Energy Efficient Product (EVÜ)”.

Grundig NEO 40 LED TV took the Good Design Award in the Chicago Athenaeum, Museum of Architecture and Design.

Grundig Vision 9 LCD TV won the “Reddot Design Award 2009” and the Plus X Award 2009 for the same design.

Created by Europe’s most important environmental and consumer organizations to compare energy-efficiency products, Topten search engine (www.topten.info) selected Beko CSE 34030 among the most efficient double-door refrigerators and Beko FSE 27330 among the most efficient freezers.

The patent champion of Turkey, Arçelik went up 35 places on the list of companies with the highest number of international patent applications and reached the 101st position with its 143 applications. Arçelik became the only Turkish company among the first 500 companies list declared by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

2007 Nielsen Brands Survey announced Arçelik “the first brand to come to mind” and “the brand with the highest consumer affinity.”

Arçelik wins “Consumer Satisfaction Oriented Firm” Award. Of the seven categories comprising the Traditional Consumer Awards, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade since 1997, Arçelik won the award, “Consumer Satisfaction-Oriented Company,” for the company’s activities and applications.

A master’s thesis and a PhD thesis prepared under the supervision of Arçelik R&D, as part of university-industry cooperation won awards in the “Dr. Akın Çakmakçi Awards: Success Stories of Theses Applied in Industry,” a competition sponsored by the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey (TTGV). TTGV supports R&D projects and Technological Innovations and this award is organized to strengthen relations among universities and industries and to encourage commercializing R&D activities at universities.

In the internationally-recognized Plus X 2008 competition, the Beko BUDL 700 HCA model refrigerator was awarded in the “Ergonomics” category while the Beko DNE 65500 DPX was awarded in the “Design & Ease of Use” category.

Elektrabregenz received the 5th Plus X award for the GSF 7100 C one-touch dishwasher in the “ease of use” and “design” categories and two ecology awards for the Freestanding-Combo KFS 1443 C and WAF 7260 S washing machines.

Arçelik has won the greatest number of awards in seven categories in total thanks to its export in 2007 announced at the ceremony of "Stars of Our 2007 Export" organized by Istanbul Mineral and Metal Exporters Association (İMMİB). Arçelik ranked 3rd among the companies making the greatest amount of export in İMMİB.

Ahead of many global white goods brands, Beko's ZA630 tabletop and CF392 chest freezers were selected the “most recommended” products by Which, the famous U.K. consumer’s magazine, for their high performance in cost, freezing capacity, isolation, user-friendliness, load flexibility, and reliability.

Arçelik won the “Turquality Design Award” for its Divide and Cool Cooling System and the “Superior Design Award” for its Side-by-Side Refrigerator and Kangaroo Vacuum Cleaner at the Design Turkey Industrial Design Awards.

Arçelik received the “Most Efficient Product” award for its New Black Orbital 5088 NF refrigerator in the 9th Project Competition for Energy Efficiency in Industry, organized in 2008 by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate of Electricity Studies Administration.

Surpassing many leading European brands, Beko's DFN 2520S dishwasher was chosen the most recommended product by Test Achats/Test-Aankoop (Belgium Consumers Association) magazine.

Arçelik captured first place in the “Innovation Leaders of Turkey” research organized by Capital Business Magazine in cooperation with IBM.

Blomberg’s WAF 7340 washing machine was selected one of the most recommended brands with a “good” grade for electricity and water consumption, performance, and quality among the washing machine products of 11 leading international brands evaluated by Stiftung Warentest, a highly-trusted German consumer magazine.

“Que Choisir” chose Beko “DFN 6831 S” dishwasher the best product in terms of Quality/Price.

Arçelik was selected “Exporter of the Year” in the annual “Best Performers in the Business World” competition. Sponsored by CNBC-e, this annual competition evaluates leading companies that always set an example for Turkish industries, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, and brand.
