We implement a remuneration system that is based on the content of the work performed, and not on title or function. Position sizes are categorized under bands and wage policies are determined accordingly. Our remuneration system seeks to ensure that the total wages earned by our employees are determined according to competitive and fair corporate policies that take current market trends into account.

Our remuneration system differentiates and rewards performance as a means of employee motivation. Individual wages are reviewed once a year depending on economic indicators and balance within the company.
