We initiate projects that help women balance their work and family lives. Under the umbrella project Women Impact, we offer Development Training to foster our female employees’ growth in leadership. She Mate is a mentoring programme to support adaptation at the end of maternity leave. Women Connect is a programme to strengthen communication networks among women and help them get inspiration from one another.
