Your personal data can be processed by the data controller, Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. and Arçelik A.Ş. (“Arçelik” or “the Company”), in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”) for the purposes listed below.

Why do we process your personal data?
Your personal data, including your name, surname, electronic mail address, phone number, name of the institution you represent and your title at the institution may be processed

to provide you with information about technologies that are being developed by Arçelik A.Ş. under the open innovation model, information necessary to develop these technologies, and all relevant innovations as part of the open innovation concept under the legal rationale set out in Article 5 of the Law.
Why do we process your personal data with your explicit consent?
If you give us your explicit consent, the personal data collected may be processed to provide you with information about technologies that are being developed by Arçelik A.Ş. under the open innovation model, information necessary to develop these technologies, and all relevant innovations as part of the open innovation concept.
Who do we share your personal data with and for what purposes?
In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, your personal data can be shared with legally authorized public institutions and private legal entities pursuant to the terms of personal data processing set out in Article 8 of the Law.
The collected personal data can be transferred overseas to be stored on Arçelik’s Microsoft Office 365 cloud database within the scope of technology transfer offered by Arçelik under the open innovation model with your explicit consent to overseas transfer of your personal data.
What are the methods for and legal reasons behind personal data collection?
Your personal data is collected and processed for the following legal reasons;
Your personal data can be processed legally to provide you with information about technologies that are being developed by Arçelik A.Ş. under the open innovation model, information necessary to develop these technologies, and all relevant innovations as part of the open innovation concept on the basis of your explicit consent. Additionally, your personal data can be transferred overseas to be stored on Arçelik’s overseas Microsoft Office 365 cloud database within the scope of technology transfer offered by Arçelik under the open innovation model with your explicit consent.
What are your rights as the data subject?
You have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law as the data subject:

To learn if your data was processed;

If your data was processed, to request information about it;

To learn the purposes for processing personal data and check if they are being used in accordance with these purposes;

To know the domestic and overseas third party recipients of your personal data;

To request correction in cases of missing or incorrect personal data and to request notification of third parties that received the personal data in this regard;

To request deletion or destruction of personal data, and notification of relevant third parties, if the need for data processing ends, even if the data has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant provisions;

To contest a negative outcome resulting from the analysis of the processed data using exclusively automated systems;

To seek compensation for damages due to illegal processing of the personal data.
You can send your inquiries about these rights to us by filling out the Arçelik Data Owner/Data Subject Application Form at https://www.arcelik.com.tr/kisisel-verilerin-korunmasi.Your request will be processed free of charge as soon as possible within 30 days depending on the nature of your inquiry. However, if the procedure requires a payment, charges to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be applied.
