We are deeply saddened by the devastating earthquake disaster in Southern Turkey. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the victims' families, and our thoughts are with everyone affected.

As Arçelik, to heal the wounds of the earthquake that affected 11 provinces in Turkey, we continue to support the victims of the disaster in the region under the coordination of the Koç Holding Crisis and with the guidance of our Ministries and AFAD.

• Arçelik Search and Rescue Team of 77 people, who took action immediately after the earthquake, have saved 20 of our citizens from the rubble.

• As the Arçelik family, we have established coordination and operation centers in 3 locations (Hatay, Adıyaman, Kahramanmaraş) and started delivering humanitarian aid to the region in line with the prioritized need list of  AFAD.

• We delivered more than 600,000 aids to the region, consisting of tents, food, blankets, clothing, as well as priority items such as heaters and stoves that we prepared using old washing machine drums.

• We delivered and assembled our refrigerators to provide the cold chain and protect the medicines in the field hospital established in Antakya.

• Our authorized dealer and services organization started food support and distribution such as soup, bread, water in the field and also providing logistic support to the region.

• We are now launching Arçelik Fixed Support Points for food, hygiene and clean clothing needs in the region. Arçelik Laundries, will be opened to the service of our people in the region very soon. The first of our food trucks is at the disposal of those in need in the tent city set up in Kahramanmaraş Municipality Fair Center
