Can Dinçer

Chief Executive Officer

Can Dinçer has over three decades of experience across international markets in the home appliances and consumer electronics industry.

Dinçer began his career at Beko in 1993 in the Finance Department, before transitioning into commercial roles. Over the following years, he held a range of leadership positions across international markets, including the United States, Australia and New Zealand, gaining broad experience in global sales and regional operations.

From 2009 to 2012, he served as Sales Director for Europe, covering key markets such as Germany, Italy and the Nordics, as well as Asia-Pacific, where he played a significant role in expanding Beko's presence and competitiveness across both regions.

He was subsequently appointed Sales Director across subsidiaries and international markets from 2012 to 2015, before taking on the role of Chief Commercial Officer for Türkiye in 2015, a position followed by his appointment as General Manager of Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. in 2016. In 2018, his remit grew further to include South Asia, adding another high growth region to a portfolio that spanned multiple geographies and business functions.

Throughout this period, Dinçer led the company's omnichannel transformation, driving the shift from a traditional dealer-based model to an integrated, multi-channel customer experience, one of the most significant commercial transformations in the company's history.

Dinçer has also taken an active role in shaping the broader industry landscape, serving as Chairman of TÜRKBESD (White Goods Manufacturers' Association of Türkiye) and holding positions within DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye) and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.

In March 2026, Can Dinçer was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Beko, bringing to the role more than thirty years of commercial, operational and strategic leadership.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stevens Institute of Technology, both completed in 1993. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
