It is our priority to include women in the workforce.

We partner with STEAMWIN (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) to become a company that inspires academics, IT professionals and students, reach out to young women interested in engineering via live broadcasts and campus visits, and encourage them to take the first step towards a professional life.

We develop initiatives to include women in the workforce and elevate their presence in the workplace. Young women have priority in internship programs, and we seek to increase the number of women among new hires.
