Fikri Özdemir is the Executive Director of Human Resources at Beko as of November 2025.
Özdemir began his career as a System Engineer at Satel – Sabah TV Production (ATV) in 1999 before joining Beko in 2002, where he held a range of roles in purchasing and product sourcing. Over the years, he advanced through several leadership positions including Manager, Group Manager, and Product Director across electronics, components, and display categories.
In 2017, he joined Voltbek, a joint venture between Voltas and Beko, as Executive Director of Operations. Özdemir later returned to Beko in 2022, serving as Executive Product Director for Dryer & Electric Motors and subsequently for Cooking Appliances.
Özdemir holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (1999).
