Tuğrul Fadıllıoğlu
Independent Board Member 

Tuğrul Fadıllıoğlu graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1982. Between 1982 and 2002, he held various positions at Arçelik A.Ş., including Product Development Engineer, Production Engineer, Chief of Tool Shop, Technical Manager of Washing Machine Operations, Quality Assurance Manager of Washing Machine Operations, Plant Manager of İzmir Vacuum Cleaner Operations, Assistant General Manager responsible for Small Household Appliances, and Founding Director of Çerkezköy Vacuum Cleaner and Motor Operations.

Between 2002 and 2004, he served as Assistant General Manager responsible for Operations and Technology at Tanı Pazarlama Hizmetleri A.Ş., and from 2004 to 2009, he held the position of General Manager at the same company. In 2009, he was appointed as the General Manager of Zer A.Ş., a role he carried out until his retirement in 2014. During this period, he also served as a Board Member at Tanı Pazarlama Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Between 1995 and 2000, while based in İzmir, Fadıllıoğlu served as the Founding Chairman of the Turkish Quality Association / KalDer İzmir Branch and became a Member of the Assembly of the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry in his final year, 2000. Following his retirement, he held senior executive positions, board memberships, and served as the General Coordinator of the Turkish Quality Association / KalDer. Currently, he serves as an Independent Board Member at Kocaer Çelik A.Ş. and Koleksiyon Mobilya A.Ş.

Tuğrul Fadıllıoğlu was elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors at Arçelik A.Ş. during the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on March 25, 2020, and has been serving continuously in this role since then. He has not held any other positions at Arçelik A.Ş. or its subsidiaries in the last five years. He has no relationship with Arçelik A.Ş. senior executives, does not hold more than 5% direct or indirect shares in Arçelik A.Ş., is not a labor representative, and does not have any commercial relationship with Arçelik A.Ş.
