Arçelik Retail Academy

We established the Arçelik Retail Academy to strengthen our position in sales points in Turkey, convey modern retail approaches and practices to dealers and sales points in line with the brand strategies, and ensure the continuity of improvements in dealers’ performance.      

Digital Audit System (Dide)

DiDe is a digital audit project we implemented in Turkey which helps to evaluate the display activities and merchandising standards of all Arçelik & Beko dealers. Every month, a survey is assigned to dealers via a mobile application, and they receive monthly ratings according to the results. Digital Audit Specialists evaluate the survey and inform the relevant units in case of any need, inquiry, or problem.
