Executive Director – Corporate Transformation and Performance

Pınar Çavuşoğlu graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and completed her MBA at Boğaziçi University.

She started her professional career at Arçelik in 1999 and held various positions across spare parts, export, planning, supply chain, pricing, and sales business development functions. Throughout her career, she assumed leadership responsibilities in customer services, business development, performance management, and operational excellence, leading numerous transformation and efficiency initiatives.

Having served as Director of Business Excellence and Performance at Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. since 2021, Çavuşoğlu has been serving as Senior Director – Corporate Transformation and Performance at Arçelik A.Ş. since November 2026.
