Can Dinçer

Can Dinçer received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1989 and his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1993. He completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2017.

Dinçer began his career in 1993 as a Management Trainee in the Finance Department at Beko and was appointed Regional Sales Associate in the Export Department in 1995. He later held several leadership roles, including Sales Manager for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Other Countries (2000–2005), Sales Director for Non-European Markets (2005–2009), Sales Director for Europe, America and Asia-Pacific (2009–2012), and Sales Director for Subsidiaries, America and Asia-Pacific (2012–2015). Between 2015 and 2017, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for Türkiye.

From 2018 to 2026, he continued in the role of Chief Commercial Officer responsible for Türkiye and South Asia.

In addition to this role, he has served as General Manager of Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. since 2016. As of March 2026, Can Dinçer has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Beko.
