Clubs support our employees in their social lives too.

With the motto “take a breather and get together”, the Pause & Play initiative has organised family days for all of our employees and their families, New Year celebrations, gifts for special days, and surprise activities since 2012. 

We encourage social club activities that let our employees socialize and pursue their hobbies.

Participation in clubs of their choice is voluntary for employees, where they can take part in a range of fun activities and compete in company-wide tournaments.
