Bucharest, April 14, 2020 – Arctic, the leader of the Romanian household appliance market, comes to the aid of its senior customers, by prioritizing their requests and offering free repair for household appliances needed to live in comfort.

Thus, the calls for service received by Arctic call center from customers over the age of 65, and concerning all Arctic, Beko and Grundig appliances, will have priority during the state of emergency, due to the traffic restrictions applied for this age group.

The priority granted to seniors by the service department is part of the action plan taken by Arctic to come to the aid of customers and local communities during the state of emergency (https://youtu.be/K0tsmt7heZ8).
