Bucharest, April 14, 2020 – Arctic, the leader of the Romanian household appliance market, comes to the aid of its senior customers, by prioritizing their requests and offering free repair for household appliances needed to live in comfort.
Thus, the calls for service received by Arctic call center from customers over the age of 65, and concerning all Arctic, Beko and Grundig appliances, will have priority during the state of emergency, due to the traffic restrictions applied for this age group.

The Arctic service network, established in 1978, is dedicated to large and small household appliances, and is the largest in Romania. At the same time, Arctic has a call center with over 15 years of experience on the market, where specialists serve over 350 customers daily. The latter can benefit from the expertise and experience of the operators at any time, and receive complete information about the products they own, about the installation of a newly purchased product and advice on prolonged use.
Arctic follows and complies with the official recommendations set by local health authorities in Romania and constantly adapts the necessary measures to its internal policies and action plans, while recommending employees, partners, and customers to comply with prevention measures during this period.
