Arçelik Attends 3rd UXistanbul
International Conference

Arçelik shared its user experience studies with leading companies of the world at the UXistanbul International Conference.

Arçelik A.Ş. shared its studies in the user experience design area with the attendees at the UXistanbul International Conference, which, this year, was held for the 3rd time. 

Duygu Aşureciler and Fatih Arslan from Arçelik A.Ş.’s Product Sourcing Directorate held a workshop titled "User Experience Household Products" which was highly appreciated 

During the workshop they underlined the importance of user experience tests for household products and small household appliances, as it is the product group with the highest level of product-user interaction. Under the “Accessibility Design” project they carried out experience samplings of a barrier free iron. Information was shared regarding the test methods for usability, which are at global standards and applied by Arçelik A.Ş., and real products were used during the workshop. 

The participants were given the opportunity to have an experience similar to the user experience studies conducted by Arçelik A.Ş. with 2 different small household appliances selected from the product range. At the end of the test the participants feasted on the food prepared by themselves.
