Beko's washing machine and refrigerator factory in Vladimir province in the city of Kirzhach, Russia is celebrating its 10th anniversary as one of the biggest and most powerful businesses in Russia.
Arçelik A.Ş.'s Beko factory, which has manufactured washing machines and refrigerators in Russia since 2006, celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Beko, as one of the companies with great success in innovations in the Russian market, employs over 1200 people in its factory. The factory is one of the biggest and most powerful businesses in both Russia and also in the surrounding area.
Among many other events in its 10th year, on Easter Saturday, a workshop practice in decorating Easter eggs in different techniques was held. One of the main events of the year took place in May, where employees, who have been working there for 10 years, participated in tree planting campaign. A football team of BEKO employees attended at the championships in Moscow and there was also a mini-football championship opening.
Beko also announced a contest for the youngest family members. A drawing contest, where the children will participate with the drawings they have made, will be held this summer. The theme of this contest will be the Beko Russia factory and its work.
Among the plans is also the contest for the 'Best Wall Newspaper'.
