We are using the cloud-based Blink (Successfactors) solution to carry out global talent management processes. This solution encompasses career management, onboarding, training, and development. Our work on performance and target management, wage and benefits management, rewards management, work analytics and mentoring solutions continue. We launched a social platform called Welink to allow our employees to remain connected to their contacts all the time, follow up on projects, have access to documents, videos and images, and share information with the effective use of technology. We strove to achieve the best mobile user experience so that our applications could be accessed everywhere and on all devices.
Our next step is to enable our global centers of expertise and common services to work with intelligent process automation. The digital transformation in HR will continue with talent acquisition and preparation for the future through artificial intelligence and machine learning.
