I Support Gender Equality For My Country

We support the projects implemented within I  Support Gender Equality For My Country Program, developed by Koç Holding, which we are affiliated with, in order to promote joint action of the companies of the Group and stakeholders towards lasting solutions to social problems. In this context, in cooperation with AÇEV, we organize Information Mill Seminars aimed at raising awareness of volunteer company ambassadors and through them all employees of the company on gender equality. Since 2016, with the support of 30 volunteer Arçelik employees, we reached a total of 17,956 employees with 306 awareness seminars in 8 campuses in Turkey. We also offered trainings to 1,239 people within the scope of seminars we organized for the families of our employees, authorized dealers and services.
