Ms. Semahat Arsel has started her business life as a Member of the Board of Directors at Koç Holding in 1964, she is still continuing this duty. Additionally, she is on the Board of Directors at Vehbi Koç Foundation and Divan Group, and founder of Semahat Arsel Nursing Education and Research Center and Koç University Health College. She is also a Member of the Board at some other Koç Group companies. She is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Educational Volunteers of Türkiye Foundation (TEGV). Semahat Arsel holds an Honorary Doctorate title from Istanbul University. Ms Semahat S. Arsel, who is a nonexecutive board member, is not an independent member pursuant to the Corporate Governance Principles of the CMB. Semahat Sevim Arsel, has been serving in the boards of directors of the Group companies for the last ten years.
